1)背景
當了打工仔近一年,有感自由的時間不多,於是嘗試減少睡眠時間。
2)經過
在03/06至10/06的一星期內,每天不可睡多於六小時。
3)結果
-電影:03/06看了Der Krieger und die Kaiserin(漂流兩顆心)、08/06看了Match Point(迷失決勝分)、09/06看了The Da Vinci Code(達文西密碼)
-書:看了整本《The Da Vinci Code》及大半本《高高在下》
-其他:維持一貫上網時間、如常約會友人、照樣經常元神出竅
3)分析
-公餘時多做了想做的事
-工作時多喝了提神飲品
-實驗完的一天狠狠地睡了十多小時,但仍然累得要死
4)結論
只好繼續英年早睡

我要睡很多的,每天睡不多於四小時,我肯定撐不到一星期~~~
maybe 6 hrs is not enough 8 hrs is better la and the duration too short la just a week (i know it's hard to keep sigh......... not enough sleep = no mood to do anything) maybe u'll adapt to it if u keep doing it for a longer period........ i duno but i think this is a very interesting experiment!!!! just that the result is a little discouraging~~~~
